The motion will need to come before council one more time before it is final. Before it can come back a large number of undertakings, encumbrances and similar documents must be signed and included with the application and in many case to be attached to the title.
Councillor Garrison's response to the statistics that indicated the majority of municipal residents were supportive of the OCP and opposed to the development was to ridicule statisticians. As the senior member on council and a lawyer(retired) more leadership and direction on the potential for lawsuits against the municipality would have been useful
