The motion will need to come before council one more time before it is final. Before it can come back a large number of undertakings, encumbrances and similar documents must be signed and included with the application and in many case to be attached to the title.
Councillor Olsen noted a main reason to oppose the motion included, the majority of speakers at the hearing were opposed, even greater percentage of local residents were opposed, when speakers with a strong personal and in most cases personal economic stake were not included (i.e. Vantreight family members and employees) even a greater portion were opposed.
