Interesting Omission in the model of the development. Part of the plans include the sewage piped onto the farm land, the model does not indicate this. Understandable as it means the development does not compile with the zoning of the site which requires the processing on site. Not that sewage should be in farmland. Sewage contains a great many heavy metals, PCPs and a host of other chemicals detrimental to ones health.
